- Whether you are looking to utilise this menu, or our capital or supreme menus, a minimum of 30 adults are required for us to accept, 40 guest minimum over the Christmas season
- Avoid our service fee by having a function with over 60 adult guests and we’ll throw in our catering staff for free. Children who are nine years or below are half price, whereas three and under are free.
- You can expect our team to arrive four hours before your function begins to allow time to prepare and begin cooking the food.
- Please provide any tables necessary for us to present the food
- Enjoy the discount of our current seasonal special
- For functions outside our service area, we charge a $40 per hour surcharge + GST (minimum two hour charge) per staff member
- Same procedures and prices apply for our u-serve and cold roast feasts
- 10% fee applies on all public holidays and Sundays
- Please keep in mind if paying with credit card there is a 3% surcharge
We suggest all food to be refrigerated within one hour of being left for general health safety.
